I seperated my right shoulder 2 weeks before this experiment commenced (see photos). It remains to be seen what sort of pressing and clean work I can do, but I am going to try my ass off anyways.

Squat: 235 (3 rep)
I am coming off of the Baltimore Marathon (first marathon I have ever done), followed by the Mid-Atlantic Hopper (a Crossfit competition) I was an average performer at both. But have realized that I need to be much stronger to succeed in a Crossfit competition, and so I will get stronger.
