  3. Chipotle salad, barbacoa, double meat/guac – 330pm
  4. protein shake/creatine/wms – 730pm
  5. 1lb salmon, 1 chicken leg quarter, cucumber/radish salad- 10pm

Tue 3/23

  2. 5 HB eggs (25/20/0), handful choc almonds, 1 pear – 1130am
  3. TJ carnitas/ guac – 4pm
  4. protein shake/creatine – 730pm
  5. ~1.5 lb ground turkey w/salsa – 10pm

  2. 5 HB eggs (25/20/0), handful choc almonds, 1 pear – 1130am
  3. NY strip steak, salsa, spinach – 3pm
  4. protein shake/creatine, almond butter – 730pm
  5. ~1 lb ground turkey w/salsa, asparagus/olive oil – 10pm

Wed 3/17

  1. 5 HB eggs (25/20/0), 6tbs sunflower butter (28/64/28-800), handful choc almonds
  2. Chipotle burrito bowl with guac and double meat, a few almonds
  3. protein shake

  2. 1.5 lb corned beef, handful choc almonds
  3. protein shake
  4. Abbey burger (lamb, bacon, avocado, fried egg, on english muffin) tots, 1 PBR

Mon 3/15

  1. 5 HB eggs (25/20/0), 1 gala apple, 8tbs sunflower butter (28/64/28-800)
  2. TJ’s Carnitas (72/48/6-780), spinach, 2tbs olive oil (0/28/0-240), handful chocolate covered almonds
  3. protein shake
  4. 2 chicken leg/thigh, 6tbs almond butter
